Green and Kosher are two complimentary ideas. While Green refers to a healthy solution, kosher is a concern for the quality of the process. We have taken care to add a kosher segment to our program that brings the best of both practices to your store or restaurant.

With rabbinical oversight, the kosher certification is now available by request. This, however, may not address the other pressing concerns of energy, water, and waste management. Other important issues of carbon emissions, Green supply chain, and paper reduction do not necessarily fall into the kosher review.

Combining kosher review to the Green program is simply the right thing to do. Your store or business enjoys a much higher public value when they see these symbols attached to your company.
